Metro Luxe is a digital magazine covering dining, design, style, and community in Metro Atlanta, curated by Evan Beckett. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit metrolux.becketthomes.org, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising networks on this site.

Information you give us directly. When you subscribe to the newsletter or send us a message, we collect the information in that form: your email address, and — where the form asks for it — your first name, phone number, and any message you write. We also record which page or form the signup came from, so we know what you were reading when you subscribed.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand which articles are read and how people arrive. This includes your approximate location (city level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, referring site, pages viewed, and time on page. We do not use this to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not require an account to read anything on this site.

• To send you the newsletter and issue announcements you asked for.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To understand which coverage resonates, so we can commission more of it.
• To keep the site working and secure.

We share information only with the vendors that make the site run. Each one receives only what it needs:

• Brevo — our email platform. It stores your subscriber record (email, first name, phone if given) and sends the newsletter.
• Google Analytics 4 — site analytics, subject to your cookie choice below.
• Amazon Associates — when you follow a product link, Amazon receives the referral. See Affiliate links below.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Metro Luxe is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

Some product links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy something through one of them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never affects what we choose to cover or what we recommend — we link to products because we think they are worth your attention, not because of the commission.

Following an affiliate link takes you to Amazon, whose own privacy policy governs what happens there.

We use cookies for analytics. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept them, and your choice is remembered on your device.

To change your mind: clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser — the site will still work.

We honor Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals where our analytics provider supports them.

Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works immediately and permanently — one click, no confirmation step, no questions. You can also email us at evan@realtorpeachtreecity.com and ask to be removed.

We send the monthly issue and occasional editorial notes. We do not rent, sell, or trade the subscriber list.

Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained on our provider’s standard schedule (currently 14 months) and is not tied to your identity.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email evan@realtorpeachtreecity.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking costs you nothing else — we will not treat you differently for it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights. Tell us in your message and we will honor them.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS and subscriber data is held by our email provider under its own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in the newsletter.
